Dongxing Auto Parts Co., Ltd. (DXAP) was founded in year
1953.
Currently DXAP is the biggest pulley manufacturer in China
with annual capacity of 12 million pieces of spun and
machined pulleys.
DXAP's capacity is supported by 600 dedicated team members
along with a site of 50000 square meters and more than
400 sets of efficient production and test/ measuring
equipments.
Our product series including:
Vehicle engine pulleys – crank shaft pulley, damper,
power steering pulley, fan pulley, AC pulley, tensioner
and tensioner assemblies
Pulleys for various agriculture, lawn and forest
equipments
Machined parts for agriculture, lawn and forest equipments
Machined parts for energy equipments
Distribution
of sales:
40% for domestic market 60 for overseas market including
North and South America, Europe and Asia.
Major domestic automobile and engine clients:
FAW-VW, S-VW, JMC, JAC, Brilliance, Qingling, Ha/ma, SAME,
DOE, Brilliance Engine, Mianyang Xinchen Engine, Other
domestic customers including leading alternator manufacturers
and vehicle pump, auto AC and power steering makers
Clients outside China:
Remy, Denso, Bosch, Valeo VES, Hitachi, Gates, Veyance,
Dorman Products, Diesel Technic, Iskra,GMB, Kirpart,

In Feb. 2008, part of our business merged into WEC, the
joint venture between DXAP and Winkelmann Motortechnik
Beteiligungsgesellschaft mbH, thus started a new stage
to supply Vehicle pulleys to top auto companies in the
world.
Our R&D team is efficient and experienced in developing
new products, including tooling and special manufacturing
facilities;
Our quality system is ISO/TS 16949 registered and updated
since Mar. 2007:
Metallurgical lab is equipped with all necessary equipments.
All production process are controlled per control plan
to guarantee 100 percent conformance of parts delivered
to clients
